There is something deeply satisfying about flour on your hands and the smell of fresh bread rising in the oven.

On March 26, we are gathering for a Sourdough Making Class with The Shared Journey, and I could not be more excited about this one.

Just six women around the table. Aprons on. Music playing softly. Hands in dough. We will mix, stretch, fold, and learn the rhythm of sourdough together. You will create your own starter in a beautiful jar to take home, and you will bake a loaf right there with us, warm and golden, tucked into a bread bag to carry home like a little badge of honor.

Everything is included. All ingredients. Your starter jar. Your bread bag. A sweet apron. Yummy bites to enjoy while we work. Drinks to sip as we laugh. Gratuity handled. You simply show up.

There is something almost magical about sourdough. It is slow. It asks you to pay attention. It rewards patience. And when you slice into that warm loaf and see that airy crumb inside, you will feel so proud you did it with your own two hands.

March 26 - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Limited to 6 women

$88 per person

If you have been craving something cozy, hands on, and deliciously simple, this is it. Come make bread with me.
